Mummy’s Nutmond Butter: To consume 2-3 tablespoons 3 times a day. Preferably morning, noon and evening, this is recommended as your body is getting consistent nutrition from the Mummy’s Nutmond Butter throughout the day.
The ingredients in Mummy’s Nutmond Butter are carefully selected & blended so that your body can absorb all the milk booster ingredients faster and produce higher quantity & quality of milk.
Mummy’s Walnuts: Snack 30-40 grams at least twice a day. Preferably in between your Mummy’s Nutmond Butter consumption or you can snack before pumping or latching.
Roasted Almom Milk: You have the pure essence of natural milk boosting ingredients from roasted almonds and medjool dates. You may consume this in between your meals or whenever you are hungry. The Roasted Almom Milk is thick which means it fills you up, it can be your light beverage before pumping or latching, or even before bed.
Follow the above consumption methodology for 1-2 weeks. When you have achieved the desired results you want, you can regulate your intake to maintain your milk supply.
Please also hydrate yourself regularly. Water is key to boosting milk supply too.

Roasted Almom Milk is best consumed with 5-7 days. Please keep it in the coldest part of the fridge. As we do not include any preservatives, it doesn’t hold long, please discard it after the 7th day.
We have lab test results of nutmond butters that shows it can last as long as 4 weeks when kept in a refrigerator.
Our nut butters are so delicious that it is usually finished in less than two weeks, long before it has the chance to turn bad.
Whenever you consume our Nutmond Butters, please use a dry spoon. Fluid will cause the nut butters/nuts to turn.
