Payment & Delivery Info

Please note:

Orders will only be queued for production upon receipt of full payment. Orders without payment in the next a couple of hours after checkout will be automatically cancelled. 2NUTGUYS produce limited quantities each week to keep the milk boosting ingredients fresh & effective.

Orders placed before every Tuesday 2359 will be delivered on the same week’s Saturday. Orders placed after Tuesday 2359 will be delivered the following Saturday.

Shipping fee:

• $15 for order below $100
• Free delivery for orders of $100 and above

Our delivery is on every Saturday, the delivery window is from 10:00am to 15:00pm.

We are unable to cater to preferred timing as delivery is performed by a 3rd party logistics provider. The 3rd party logistics provider is given the autonomy to plan the most efficient delivery routes in order to fulfil all deliveries within the delivery window. As such, we are unable to provide an estimated delivery time.

If you need the Products to be delivered at a specific date/time, please reach out to 2NUTGUYS directly as [email protected]. We will check our production schedule if your order can be satisfied, as well as the charges incurred by the 3rd party logistics company. We will quote you accordingly.

Kindly remain contactable at all times as drivers may be required to contact you in cases of delivery difficulties (ie. Intercom not working, incorrect address provided, no one answering the door)

If no one is at home, your delivery items will be hung on the gate, left in the riser or with your private residence reception/security guard house. If you order Roasted Almom Milk or/and Mummy’s Gelato, they will be placed inside the cooler bag you provide on the delivery day. Upon completion of delivery, any loss or damage of orders are solely the responsibility of the customer.

For unsuccessful delivery attempts, if customers request us to reattempt to deliver, a re-delivery charge per location shall apply and be payable before the reattempt is made. The charges are subjected to the 3rd party logistics company. We will quote you accordingly.

For orders delivered to another recipient, kindly inform them of the delivery and advise them to remain contactable for a smooth delivery.

There may be delays during peak period or sale period. We seek your understanding during peak period or sale period.

We do not provide a self collection option. Deliveries to Office building, Jurong Island, Paya Lebar Airbase or Airline Road will not be accepted.
