HOW IT ALL STARTED
Chee Leong, a father of one, recalls one of his most joyous moments but also his most useless and helpless moment in life—the birth of his son.
Chee Leong remembers how challenging and frustrating breastfeeding could be if the mummy was not blessed with a decent amount of milk supply. In short, it was the “darkest period” of Chee Leong’s wife. And as a father, Chee Leong felt his hands were tied and that he was of no help. Uselessness and frustration was all he felt.
Chee Leong then decided to transform these feelings into a project that could help other mommies and his wife. After teaming up with David, entrepreneur, and lover of research and development, 2nutguys was born. David and Chee Leong used this inspiration and soon got in touch with dozens of mummies in Singapore to truly understand the breastfeeding journey and build a product that could respond to their needs in the best possible way.

THE 2NUTGUYS LACTATION SUPPLEMENTS HIGH-QUALITY PROCESS
After creating 2nutguys, we found and surveyed more than 30 mummies who were facing lactation problems. All of them were consuming lactation cookies as part of their lactation diet, yet many of them were experiencing weight gain from the high fat and sugar content of the lactation cookies. On top of that, the mommies were bored and had enough of them. They wanted something different.
We decided to co-create the product with the mommies. We repeatedly researched and gathered feedback. We wanted a product that was of the best quality and, of course, delicious!
We finally nailed it on our 7th attempt. We finally co-created a recipe by mommies for mommies. In the co-creation process, moms experienced an increase in milk supply and an enhancement in milk quality. We are proud to say that 100% of them loved the products. To honor the courageous and supportive mummies who co-created the products with us, we have chosen to name our products “Mummy’s” and for our eternal gratitude to mummies out there!
Our products such as Mummy’s Nutmond Butter can be spread on a toast, can be added to overnight oats and yogurt, and it also is delicious on its own. The Mummy’s Walnuts have become the favorite snack and go-to item to give mothers a boost before they latch or pump.
2NUTGUYS is committed to freshness and taste. Other than growing the nuts ourselves, we handle the entire process to ensure the best quality.
From the beginning, we curated and sourced our nuts from the best suppliers in the US. We then roast, grind, mix, and bottle right in our Singapore SFA-certified facility, putting extra effort and time into extracting the aroma and nutritious nut oil, which is particularly useful to fatten breast milk.
We also keep our nut products away from the nasties. No preservatives, MSG or additives are used in our process. Although this might shorten our product’s lifespan, this was the most responsible, cleanest option for our mummies.
We are constantly doing R&D on the process so we can keep increasing the quality of our 2NUTGUYS goodies when delivered to our mummies
