What is the Caramelised Walnut?

Walnut has very high level of antioxidants, and also contains the high omega-3 fatty acids, which fight inflammation. We caramelised it to add a touch of sweetness and crunch to the tiny-brain looking gems. Excellent choice for snacking.

These antioxidants can help to boost immune system of the growing babies who obtain these nutrition through breast milk. You can eat it in between breast feeding cycles to boost milk supply!

What is the Mummy’s Walnut?
