Payment
Orders are only arranged for delivery upon receipt of full payment. If payment is not received within a few hours after checkout, orders will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery
Information:
- Orders will be delivered within 1-4 days once your order is placed and fully paid. We are unable to arrange delivery on a specific date and/or time as we engage a third-party logistics provider.
- Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, and may also be delivered on weekends or public holidays, subject to the availability of our third-party logistics provider.
- 2NUTGUYS is closed on weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed on one of these days, packing and shipping will be done on the next working day.
For example, your order is placed on Thursday, which is a public holiday together with Friday. Your order will be packed and shipped on Monday, the next working day.
- For any changes in delivery address, please contact us at hello@2nutguys.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, in some cases, your order may already have been picked up for delivery by the time we receive your request.
Shipping Fee:
- The shipping fee for orders below $80 is $6.
- Free shipping is available for orders of $80 or more, after any discount code has been applied.
Conditions and Limitations:
- Drivers may need to contact you in case of delivery difficulties such as a non-working intercom, incorrect address, or no response at the delivery location.
- If no one is available to accept the order, the items may be left at the doorstep. Please collect it as soon as possible. 2NUTGUYS nor its logistic partners will be held responsible for any loss, damage, or spoilage to the order once delivery is completed.
- If your order is meant for someone else, please inform them of the delivery and ensure they are contactable for a smooth handover.
- A delivery is deemed unsuccessful if any of the following conditions are met:
- The address provided by the customer is either inaccurate or incomplete;
- The recipient or their authorised representative refuses to accept the items;
- No appropriate person is present at the delivery address;
- The customer requests a change in delivery instructions once the items have already been packed or shipped.
- In case of an unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be charged $12 for re-delivery to the same or an alternative address. The re-delivery charges are higher than our standard shipping fees; this is due to the return of unsuccessful delivery and the re-delivery process involves a third-party logistics provider.
- We are not able to make deliveries to office buildings, Jurong Island, Paya Lebar Airbase, or Airline Road.
