After chatting and learning from the mummies experiences and journeys, we consistently hear that the current lactation and confinement foods are boring and always the same. And that set us wondering… Why can’t these foods be fun, vibrant and TASTY as well?
So our team in the kitchen went to work, using countless hours to brainstorm, experiment and finally design these 2 unique recipes that we would love to share with you, our mummies!
By adding in and using our milk boosting ingredients, these milk shakes are lactogenic, healthy and all natural, with no nasties and are safe for mummies and preggies to consume. (That’s super important for us). So without further ado…. here are the 2 recipes!
