Payment
Orders are only queued for production upon receipt of full payment. If payment is not received within a few hours after checkout, orders will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery Information:
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1 PM will be delivered the next working day.
Orders received before Saturday at 11:59 PM will be delivered on Monday.
Orders received between Sunday 12 AM and Monday 1 PM will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Deliveries due on Public Holidays will be shifted to the next working day. For example: Thursday is a public holiday, and the delivery will be the next day which is Friday. Subsequent deliveries will remain on Thursday unless it falls on a public holiday.
- Ambient items such as Nutmond Butter, Walnuts and Granola will be delivered within 1-2 days, outside of the standard delivery window.
- If there is any product change, it has to be finalised and confirmed by 5 pm for next-day delivery. Orders confirmed after 5 pm will be delivered the day after next.
Delivery Window:
- Weekdays: 10am to 8pm
- Saturday: 10am to 3pm
Shipping Fee:
- The shipping fee for orders containing any cold item is $18.
- The shipping fee for orders containing ambient products ONLY is $9.
- Free shipping is available for orders amounting to $110 or more.
Delivery Conditions:
Deliveries are performed by a third-party logistics provider, and we cannot cater to preferred timing. The logistics provider plans the most efficient delivery routes within the given delivery window. Drivers may need to contact you in case of delivery difficulties such as a non-working intercom, incorrect address, or no response at the delivery location. If no one is available to receive the order, it will be left at the gate, in the riser, or with the reception/security at private residences.
For perishable items like milk or gelato, please provide a cooler bag with ice packs on the day of delivery. If a cooler bag is not provided, these items will be left outside, and the customer should collect them as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to orders once delivery is completed.
FOR ROASTED MILK & MUMMY’S GELATO DELIVERY
Special Instructions for Cold Items:
Cold items such as Roasted Almond Milk, Roasted Walnut Milk, and Mummy’s Gelato must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. If you’re not home during the delivery window, you may leave a cooler bag with ice packs outside your house, and we will place the items inside. However, we will not be liable for spoilage if customers are not home during the delivery slot. Re-delivery due to absence is subject to extra charges and the full price of perishable items.
Re-delivery:
In the case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, if a customer requests a re-delivery, a charge of $18 per location will apply and must be paid before the re-delivery is attempted.
Delivering to Another Recipient:
If your order is being delivered to someone else, please inform them of the delivery and ensure they are contactable for a smooth handover.
Restrictions:
We do not offer a self-collection option. Deliveries to Office buildings, Jurong Island, Paya Lebar Airbase, or Airline Road are not accepted.
